I believe in transparency around pricing–so we can spend our discovery call together focused on you and how coaching can support you, and not navigating awkward conversations about money. 

Integral Coaching Package 

This is the container that tends to be most supportive for most of my clients who are navigating meaningful transitions–leadership, career or personal. It offers enough time for sustainable change to start unfolding and taking root.

Duration: 6 months*

Investment: $3,000 (or $500/month)

It includes:

• 12 live coaching sessions, meeting every other week for 45 minutes (via Zoom or phone)
• A foundational assessment and coaching plan to ground our work
• Tailored tools, practices and resources aligned with your goals
• Ongoing email support between sessions, as things arise

*Occasionally, we can explore shorter 3–4 month engagements depending on your needs, goals and timing. This is something we can feel into together during a discovery call.

One-Off Sessions 

For clients I’ve worked with previously, I offer single, one-off sessions ($250/hour) as a way to reconnect, check in or work through a specific moment or decision.

These sessions are intended as supportive touchpoints rather than ongoing coaching. If you’re a past client and feel drawn to a one-off session, feel free to reach out.

Reduced-Rate Coaching

I hold a small number of reduced-rate spots for clients who feel deeply drawn to this work but aren’t currently in a financial position to invest at the full rate. If this resonates with your situation, you’re welcome to bring it up during a discovery call.
