Who this is for, what becomes possible, and how I coach.

Who you are

You're longing for more joy and meaning but feeling lost, confused, or stuck. Most of my clients are in the early to middle stages of their careers or lives, navigating moments like:

We may be a good fit if you're seeking support and accountability to go deeper rather than reaching for quick fixes, performance optimization, or tactical short-term solutions.

What becomes possible for you

The work looks different for everyone, but here's what tends to emerge and what this moment most calls for:

  • Critical thinking: having your own opinions and discerning for yourself, rather than offloading your thinking
  • Emotional clarity: being connected to your feelings and the insights they hold, rather than being swept away or cut off from them
  • Somatic awareness: noticing your body's sensations and learning to leverage them as a source of intelligence and knowing
  • Relational presence: showing up more fully and authentically with the people around you—as a partner, friend, colleague, leader
  • Creative and imaginal capacity: accessing your imagination, vision, and sense of connection to something larger than yourself

Together, these capacities build something lasting—a stronger, more grounded connection to your own inner compass and a deeper capacity to move toward a life and career that feels genuinely yours.

And as AI reshapes how we think, work, and relate, these capacities matter more than ever. They're what no tool can build for you. Curious what this looks like in practice? Click here to read more reflections from my clients.

How I coach

Every engagement is responsive and tailored to you. What stays constant is how I show up: with intention, immediacy, and intimacy. We begin by establishing a clear purpose and set of outcomes that guide our work, based on what questions are alive for you right now.

My practice is rooted in Integral Coaching®, a methodology that takes a multi-dimensional approach to support you in making progress on your presenting questions. Together, we'll explore your relationship:

Taking action is also a part of our work together. Change happens not just through insight but through integrating that insight into how you live and work.

Your time between sessions matters as much as the sessions themselves. To support you, I offer resources and practices that may include books, podcasts, mindful movement, art-based projects, reflective exercises, and more.

A note on how coaching differs from therapy

Coaching is a collaborative, future-oriented partnership. We work together to help you gain clarity, deepen your capacity, and take steps toward the career and life you want. The focus is on who you are today and the person you're becoming. There's no diagnosing here—rather a collaborative, curious exploration of who you are and where you want to go. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy and does not provide mental health treatment. Many of my clients work with both a coach and a therapist, and find the two complement each other well.

Therapy focuses on healing emotional wounds, processing the past, and treating mental health conditions. If you're experiencing significant psychological distress or trauma, I'd encourage you to seek support from a licensed therapist. I'm happy to help point you in the right direction.
